When our team created an account at Rakebit, there was no clear information about a welcome bonus for new customers. We asked live chat whether new players are offered any sign-up bonus and were given the following deal:
100 free spins with a 35x wagering requirement, on a minimum deposit of 20 USDT.
So there is no official welcome bonus that applies to all players. Support told us that several different bonuses can be unlocked by contacting live chat first.
We recommend that new players who want a bonus ask for one in chat. Make sure to also request the exact terms attached to the offer. There are general bonus conditions at the bottom of the casino's homepage, but it is unclear whether those terms apply to every offer surfaced through live chat.

Look and feel
Rakebit runs a dark theme that is easy on the eyes during long sessions on desktop or mobile. Menus are clean, and the site feels easy to navigate. The left-aligned menu surfaces everything you would expect: casino, sportsbook, bonuses, VIP club, live chat, and more.
When we tested Rakebit for this review, we mostly played on an iPhone 17 in mobile. We also tried a Galaxy Tab, and the site worked without issue on both. Loading times were fast in the casino, and the sportsbook also performed well.

Across positive and negative comments, our reading is that most users like Rakebit for the high cashback, large game library, and the option to play anonymously.

Rakebit offers support via email and live chat. We tested the live chat, which is available around the clock, and found it acceptable. Customer support speaks English, and when we asked about a welcome bonus the agent had trouble understanding what we meant at first.
Response time was fast in both chat and email, which is a plus. There is also reasonable information at the bottom of the site covering payment terms, bonuses, KYC, and details on the VIP program and other promotions.

Customer support gets 3/5 in our rating. We were connected immediately, but still felt we had to wait between answers on the questions we asked. We also think Rakebit could improve its FAQ section and add more responsible gambling information.
Rakebit is a familiar crypto casino with strong rakeback
Rakebit feels familiar next to many other crypto casinos. It does stand out with the Friends Play feature and offers high rakeback and cashback rates if you play often and at volume.
The site itself works well, and there is nothing technical to complain about. The game catalog is broadly strong, with a sizable list of providers, although the absence of Pragmatic Play is noticeable.
Payments in and out of the casino are perhaps the most important factor, and here everything worked as it should during our testing. We are not the biggest fans of Anjouan-licensed casinos, but Rakebit nonetheless carries a high customer score when you read reviews from players around the world.
